Customers that require basic service simply need their electrostatic mist collectors serviced. (Smog Hog, Mistbuster, Cool Blaster, Trimist, and Trion) These customers have cleaned & tested electrostatic cells delivered, upon arrival factory maintenance personnel exchange the dirty cells with the clean, then ship the dirty back over for cleaning. These customers own their own replacement cells, but don’t want to be bothered with the mess washing the collection cells & mesh filters makes. We simply are washing and testing your electrostatic filters when you call. These customers usually don’t have any indoor air mist problems, but are being assisted maintaining their air filtration system. No contract is required with this service; call us when you need us, ship us your cells and we’ll clean them & promptly return.

Customers that use this option get the same service as “Basic”, but they don’t own any replacement cells. The cost of electrostatic replacement cells is expensive. The customer is “buying into our inventory” of electrostatic cells (we have all types) at a greatly reduced cost of buying replacement cells outright. These customers don’t have any indoor mist problems, but are being assisted maintaining their air filtration system that’s already in place. With this option we call you on a pre-determined schedule and arrange for the delivery of cleaned and tested Electrostatic cells. Just like with “Basic”; your factory personnel exchange the dirty with the clean, then ship back the dirty. Unlike “Basic”, a (1) year service contract is required, and the cleaned and tested cells are shipped in our leak free; easy to unload, shipping container. Nothing to unbox or unwrap, open the door, pull out the clean, exchange, put the dirty back in the container, close the door and text us. We arrange shipping, cycle repeats on a pre-determined schedule. If your factory is large, then we would require an itemization of your filtration equipment, then we would break the shipment of cleaned cells down to a manageable number of cells to be exchanged at each service. Smaller shipments at a pre-determined interval vs. one big shipment of cells. Annually the air filtration units would be serviced at the same frequency.

Customers that use this option have an industrial air filtration system in place and want to outsource this job completely. This is the “turnkey” option. Replacement cells are delivered, techs come onsite to exchange the dirty cells with the clean ones, and also to clean and service / repair the air filtration unit. Because all the units in the factory are itemized; the techs come down with a parts container. Bad power packs, fan motors that stop running, etc.; the goal with this plan is to completely clean and service your industrial air filtration system that is in place, so that it is clean and working 100%. Because techs are onsite, we can address new mist containment / filtration issues that may arise because of new machinery, or a new manufacturing process. Consultation / Solution

The car wash analogy breaks down a little at this point because this type of customer might not even have a car! These types of customers have an Industrial Air Filtration problem and no in place solution. They might have some air filtration units in place, many times these air filtration units are sold as OEM’s on the CNC unit, but still have poor indoor air quality because they don’t service them, or because the filtration units are too small or miss-applied. Customers call because the floors are slippery, there is a slight or heavy mist “fog” in the ambient air that gets on everything – in everyone. In these types of instances we would come on-site and address your issues, we would quote the right equipment for the application, whether it’s a Mist Containment Station for blowing off recently machined parts, an explosion proof wet collector, or an electrostatic mist collector, whatever the issue; ASC technicians can come up with a solution, install the system, and service / manage it once everything’s up and running. The end result is guaranteed clean industrial air.
