1. We Ship Clean Cells to Your Facility
The electrostatic collection cells & mesh filters are shipped to your facility in a leak free plastic crate or container. Each cell is tested after each cleaning ensuring that proper voltage is carried through the ionizer and collection plate sections of the unicell. We ensure delivery without damage.
2. You Replace the Dirty with the Clean Ones
Factory maintenance personnel exchange the collection cells & mesh filters. They will have quick access to web based videos / tutorials to help trouble shoot problems that may arise. If a problem does arise we can help diagnose the problem. We stock all required parts and can ship them out overnight.
3. You Repack the Cells and Ship Them Back
A work order sheet is provided with the shipment of collection cells. In larger factories, only a portion of the units are serviced at a time, machines requiring service will be listed on the work order. We eliminate all the guesswork. Factory personnel will have the required cells & filters with instruction on which machines to service.
4. Dirty Cells are Cleaned, Process Repeats
Start Small. Do you have a large quantity of units? If you’re hesitant, let’s start servicing a few, if you like the service program, you can expand. Broken ionizer wires! Repair of broken wires are included in the service. We recycle all waste material.

- We’ll tell you which machines to service! Exchange the dirty with clean, & repack in shipping container.
- Little or No Machine Down Time!! Replacement cells & mesh filters are on hand prior to the exchange.
- Round Trip Shipping costs are included
- Trouble shooting faulty collection cells, missing or broken ionizer wires, no longer a problem!
- Each cell is delivered clean, tested, & repaired with good ionizer wires & insulators. (We even send an extra few cells in the container in case of an unforeseen problem.)
- ASC Machinery Tags come with the first shipment for service documentation.
- We keep the service records as well, good documentation for OSHA.
- E-mail reminders of the upcoming service dates.

ASC arranges freight for the return shipment. (Bill of Lading is sent to the customer via email or fax) The dirty collection cells and filters are re-packaged in the same manner for return shipment. The shipping price is included in the initial price quote. Instructions on how to re-package contaminated collection cells & filters are listed on the shipping crate, ensuring a safe, leak free return.
