1. We Ship Clean Cells to Your Facility
The electrostatic collection cells & mesh filters are shipped to your facility in a leak free plastic crate or container. Each cell is tested after each cleaning ensuring that proper voltage is carried through the ionizer and collection plate sections of the unicell. We ensure delivery without damage.
2. You Replace the Dirty with the Clean Ones
Factory maintenance personnel exchange the collection cells & mesh filters. They will have quick access to web based videos / tutorials to help trouble shoot problems that may arise. If a problem does arise we can help diagnose the problem. We stock all required parts and can ship them out overnight.
3. You Repack the Cells and Ship Them Back
A work order sheet is provided with the shipment of collection cells. In larger factories, only a portion of the units are serviced at a time, machines requiring service will be listed on the work order. We eliminate all the guesswork. Factory personnel will have the required cells & filters with instruction on which machines to service.
4. Dirty Cells are Cleaned, Process Repeats
Start Small. Do you have a large quantity of units? If you’re hesitant, let’s start servicing a few, if you like the service program, you can expand. Broken ionizer wires! Repair of broken wires are included in the service. We recycle all waste material.

Our Process
- Cleaned & Tested electrostatic collection cells & mesh filters are delivered in a secure leak free container.
- We’ll tell you which machines to service! Exchange the dirty with clean, & repack in shipping container.
- Little or No Machine Down Time!! Replacement cells & mesh filters are on hand prior to the exchange.
- Trouble shooting faulty collection cells, missing or broken ionizer wires, no longer a problem!
- Each cell is delivered clean, tested, & repaired with good ionizer wires & insulators. (We even send an extra few cells in the container in case of an unforeseen problem.)
- ASC Machinery Tags come with the first shipment for service documentation.
- We keep the service records as well, good documentation for OSHA.
- E-mail reminders of the upcoming service dates.

ASC arranges freight for the return shipment. The dirty collection cells and filters are re-packaged in the same manner for return shipment. Instructions on how to re-package contaminated collection cells & filters are listed on the shipping crate, ensuring a safe, leak free return.
An overview of how the Cell Exchange Electrostatic Service program works.
Cell replacement kits are delivered.
• Each kit contains the necessary mesh filters and electrostatic cells required for the various types of air filtration equipment that you have at your facility.
• Cell replacement kits ship in a leak free container designed to securely transport electrostatic cells.
• The work order inside the container will instruct maintenance personnel on which units to service.
Exchange the clean filters with the dirty ones.
• The shipping container can be moved next to the work site by pallet jack and is leak free.
• The dirty filters easily load in.
• No machine Down time and a cleaner maintenance facility.
Ship the dirty cells & filters back in the same container.
• The dirty cells & filters are cleaned, repaired, and tested ensuring they carry a proper electrical charge.
• The wastewater generated in the cleaning process is condensed into a sludge & removed from our facility by a licensed environmental recycling service with documentation.
Cycle repeats:
• Our accounts coordinator would email you of upcoming service and keep you posted of the delivery date(s)
• No contracts
• Replacement Cell “kits” are not required to use this service.
Start-up Procedure.
Inventory:
• Name, model #, quantity, and asset #
• Establish service frequency
Environmental Test:
• (1) (Model # TBD) filter replacement kit to be shipped via UPS in a leak proof box.
• Exchange the clean cells & filters and return the dirty cells & filters in the same manner they were shipped.
• Upon receiving the kit back, we will have a lab perform environmental testing for hazardous materials.
• If no hazardous materials are detected, then we would move onto the Initial Cleaning Stage.
Initial Cleaning
• For the initial return of your cells, we will check them and ensure that they can be re-used.
• If they need repairs, we will contact you and advise you on this initial charge.
• If they only need to be cleaned, then there is no additional charge.
• Any repair charge will only be incurred on the initial cleaning / service.
Repeat Service
• No depreciation costs of cells
• No additional repair fees
