    Industrial or Commercial electrostatic collections cells should be cleaned at scheduled intervals.  
    If not cleaned the unit will loose effectiveness and begin to arc.  When the unit is arcing, the
    indicator light will blink, or be off.  If the indicator light is blinking or off, the collection plates are not
    charged and the unit is not cleaning the air.

    Cleaning the collection cells generates a lot.  You don't have to deal with it.  We comply with all
    environmental regulations    concerning wastewater treatment.

    We simply remove the dirty collection cells and exchange them with clean ones.  We then
    clean the dirty cells at our facility.  There is very little machine down time. By cleaning the
    machines on a regularly scheduled basis they break down & arc less frequently, resulting in
    cleaner factory air.

How an electrostatic air cleaner works:

Dirty air is drawn into the unit, positively charged by the ionizer, then attracted to negatively charged
collection plates.  Clean air then is then discharged.  The oil and particulate fall to the bottom pan of
the unit and drain into a drum or barrel.
